There are various ways by which you can request support from ITworX, depending on what type of agreement you have with us, or which service you are using.
Support is available for the following services that we offer:
- Contracted support. This is our support service that works with a monthly fee with a quota of hours and pre-agreed hourly rates.
- Non-contract or Pay as You Go support, is our general service that is open to the public. Support requests have no guarantee for response time and are costed based on call-out charges and hourly rates that may change from time to time, but there is no fixed or monthly obligation from you.
- Hosting support. This support offering is only for customers who have registered domains, and are using our web, email and other online services.
